Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened, used, or have broken seals. This exception is permitted under EU consumer law for hygiene reasons.

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Products that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse

4.3 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning products, unless:

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the product to arrange for prepaid return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

9. Late or Missing Deliveries

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

9.2 Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:

  2. Check with neighbors or building management if the package may have been left with them
